I lived in this house with one other roommate until April 2008. There was a terrible bedbug infestation and the landlord (JMH realty) refused to pay for extermination, and withheld our security deposit. I suspect that there was a previous infestation that they knew about and did not inform us when we moved in. Infestation resulted in me throwing away all of my furniture. Do not rent from JMH.
