April 2011 landlord is having building exterminated by NEW company. Landlord has been helpful in situation and doing everything he can with this problem.

Bedbugs began biting people sometime in late October of 2010. Landlord hired an a pest control expert who does not like to, nor usually deal with bedbugs. As of the end of March, 2011 the bed bugs are still in the whole building and landlord will no longer answer the phone.
