upset tenant on 09/14/2009

This apartment has bed bugs and mice as of 9/14/09. I lived there for 1.5 years. In about August 2009, I noticed some bites on my legs, which I believed were just regular old insect bites from being outside. In September 2009, I found a bug on one of my bed pillows. I saved it in a plastic bag, and the exterminator confirmed it was a bed bug. Generally the whole building is really poorly kempt.
