We have bedbugs in our apartment, and we are fairly certain they came here from an adjoining apartment. We were told this other apartment had them and they did a preventative spray of those apartments that cooperated (which we did) but we got them anyway. I can't say the apartment company has been good about it - we've had three spray treatments, but the guy doesn't seem to know what he's doing and the company isn't being comunicative or aggressive about it.
