I lived there from August 2009 to August 2010 and didn't have any problems with bugs, rodents etc. Didn't hear anyone mention bed bugs. Only problem was the heat/AC system at one point had an issue that was actually fixed pretty quickly. The new management really seemed to have their act together.

I lived on the 11th floor of this apartment building from June 2006 to June 2007. In winter 2007, my next-door-neighbor informed me she had a bedbug infestation. It got so bad that she had to throw out her mattress and furniture, she had bites everywhere, etc. Later that week I started seeing them in my apartment, and I freaked out and demanded that management send an exterminator ASAP. They sprayed everything, and the bugs seemed to stay away from my apartment until I moved out in June. However
