I lived in apartment 24 for a year and a half and never had any problems with bedbugs at all. I know the management changed, so maybe they got rid of them. I haven't heard of anyone else in the building having a problem with them either.

Summer 2010.
This house and specifically [unit 24] are infested with bed bugs! I believe they are within the walls of this old house. About a month ago, I believe they fumigated a unit down the hall - but they did NOT inform the other tenants, etc. The walls that divide the units are, thin, poor and very dirty. I bought all new furniture from Ikea when I moved in but after about 6 months, the bed bugs appeared. That's what you get for paying 350$/month in NW Portland. Needless to say, I am movi
