Round Hill Pacific responds immediately to all reports of suspected pest problems. In our 20+ years owning and managing 13 buildings in NW Portland, we're proud to say we've had only one report of bedbugs. The issue was resolved with the initial professional treatment. No further reports have been received and no further actions have been required.

Bed bugs were discovered in an apartment at 1963 NW Irving St. in June of 2010. The apartment was treated with a chemical and all 13 of the apartments were inspected.
