3/23/10 It seems to me that when someone makes a report of bed bugs there should be some kind of evidence to validate the accusation. I have lived at this building for more than 6 years and never seen or heard of any infestation of any kind.And have had no expierence with them personally. There was a disgruntled tenant who made this claim and if he would have paid his rent, he would not have been evicted. He claimed to have had bed bugs after living there for 11 months which to me would indicate
he was the one who brought them there since no one else had the problem. As a precautionary measure the landlord had the apt. house inspected and no bugs were found. Which brings us back to the conclusion that there should be a valid report from a reputable company to verify any accusations to prevent an unnecessary tarnishing of a buildings reputation. The rent is affordable and the building is clean of any infestation of any kind.It is very sad that if a friend googles my address this kind of report comes up.

I live hear at 038 sw porter st I moved in 3 months ago I havent seen or heard of any bed bugs at this address i've talked with other tenants in this building not one has seen or heard of a bed bug. I believe its wrong to falsley accuse a landlord becuse i work for a company who specializes in "bugs" and believe I'd be the first to say something if I seen or was Bitten by a BED BUG. I personally believe Warren has other issues in his life that needs to be addressed. This house or apt, is very w
ell taken care of. Its cleaned regularly and Ive had not a problem since living at this address. Im living in the apt, Mr. Warren said had this infest. Thanks for the time Mr Warren needs to grow up and accept his role and be a man.

Dennis warren did not pay us rent so we filed an eviction notice w/multnomah county for him to vacate his studio. He stayed there for 11 months and loved the facility until we filed on him. At that time he became very vindictive and started a campagin of lies and get backs. When he started this Bedbug stuff we immidiately put him in a motel for 2 days and had Eden Advanced Pest Technologies come in and spray on two different occasions for bedbugs. We didn't believe him but we couldn't take t
he chance that this claim might be valid. We have paperwork from Eden pest control that states they sprayed and that " NO BEDBUGS WERE FOUND " I personally took him to the Laundry mat twice, before each spraying and paid to have all of his clothes washed. We also checked w/his neighbors and they said they hadn't seen any bugs of any kind and that dennis had told them that he "was going to get us". We have always tried to be the best landlords that we can and do everything possible to protect our tenants and our facility. We have 5 month to month tenants that have been there 6 years or more. We would ask that you not let dennis use this forum for his resentments. We are willing to show this paperwork from Eden Advanced Pest Technologies at any time to those that might be concerned.

This report must be short as I am sitting at my computer in my studio at 038 SW PORTER ST. #1, Portland, Oregon. 97201 and am getting bitten by BEDBUGS as I type this.
I have lived here at the above address for the past 11 months and have had problems with insects of various types, sizes and shapes, not to mention colors, since I moved in on December 1, 2008. My apartment is a small studio, about the size of your walk-in closet, and I discovered, two (2) weeks ago, that my apartment is infested
with bedbugs.
I have never encountered bedbugs before and they are extremely aggressive and have made my life a living hell.
they have driven me from my home and I am only here at this very moment because my lowlife landlord, KELLY GOSS-(503)242-2473 (ROSS ISLAND APARTMENTS, PORTLAND, OREGON), tried to get rid of these bugs himself-with a can of bug spray.
I've thrown away over $2,000.00 worth of clothing, electrical-computer equiptment (etc) these past two (2) weeks, all to no avail. The vacuum cleaner and I should have applied for a marriage license and the walls and ceiling in here have been sprayed with so much BLEACH WATER that I doubt I'll ever tan properly again.
