My mom lives in this building and a couple of months ago, discovered bedbugs. She was then informed she had to pay for her own extermination $1200 and that other tenants around her had reported infestations. Now her unit has been treated twice and still more bugs being found-what a joke. She is so upset and management is not clear about what next steps are. Seniors should not be taken advantage of like this. Building management should have absorbed the cost and ensured adjoining units are done.
