This is a Homestead Building and they usually very good and vigilant about any kind of pests. I suggest you call their main office directly and report any sighting of bedbugs. The name of the company is Homestead Land Holdings. Sorry I don't know the number but you can find them on the internet..

A friend I have was covered in scars. when i asked what they are from she hesitated to say and then embarasingly said bed bugs and how they spent 600 dolars to get spray against them. I told her that she needed to be vigilliant as they do come back and that the owner should inform other tenents but he did not. no wonder they spread. it is on the 4th floor.
