This is a very pleasant building to live in, and the superintendent is actually a really great, attentive guy, but the apartments never seem to be properly cleaned between tenancies.

I had my first serious bed-bug experience here. My apartment wasn't cleaned by the super when I moved in (OCT. 2010). The bites lasted until May, 2011. Costed me a new bed and matress. If you rent here inspect the unit thoroughly before signing the lease.
