the nice guy who tried on 12/03/2010

Hey there.
Found bed bugs a few months ago. Landlord has been proactive in spraying however, does not understand the concept that spray is only part of it, also that you have to spray the whole building. The problem was so bad in my elderly nieghbours place that I went in and personally cleaned for him.
They show no resolve to fix the situation, or do anything other than occasionally spray.
Im moving this month, and leaving most of my things behind.
