In Nov 2008 we moved into the upstairs apt and within 2 weeks discovered we had begbugs. Landlord did an extensive search for good pest removal company so it took a few weeks but we had one treatment of both pesticide spray, and steam for our furniture and haven't had a single problem with bugs since. We didn't end up having to discard anything other than one mattress and cover. I highly recommend doing both treatments at the same time and laundering all your clothes, linens etc the same day- it
