Have been living at 299 Glenlake ave for 3 years now. Although the building is not in the best of conditions, no report of bedbugs ever. No ants or cockroaches either. Once or twice a year, there tends to be millions of fruit flies / gnats that surround the building and area, but this is because of the area being so close to the lake. Just don't open the windows and you won't have any problems.
