Free pest control is available once every week, bedbug treatments have declined by aprox. 80 percent in the last 2 years, average bedbug treatments throughout any given month might total 3 units as of late. This community has 285 units, which means infected units total about 1 percent average at any given time. All vacant units are free of pests before any lease is signed. Preparation for treatments is left up to the tenant, when tenants fail to prepare their units properly, treatment is refused
by attending pest control technicians, re-scheduling is necessary and of course the situation gets worse in the mean time, placing blame on management or superintendents will not help eliminate the bedbug issue.

I moved into this building in june 2011. If I had known the whole building was infested I never would of moved here. I was only here about a month before my place was completely infested. I'm getting eaten alive every night and the super is giving me such a hard time about spraying. My advice to anyone considering moving here: RUN far and run fast

I used to live with my parents in this building, on the fourth floor a year ago, and our apt, was filled with them! Woke up in the middle of the night, turned on the lights and found about 10-15 in my bed. I would kill them and then it would happen all over again the next night. It took forever to rid them from the apt, but I'm pretty sure they just migrated to another apt. The superintendent wouldn't even pay to spray the whole apt, only which ever room had bugs, which makes no sense! And I
know the whole building is infested, too bad more people didn't know about this site.
