75 Dowling ave. I 'heard' of 2 reports but I know for a fact someone on my floor had them because they don't 'hide' the notices about fumagating/pest control, they display the notice of entry on the 'tenants door' so everyone can see who is being treated for what and when the treatment will be applied. I MYSELF had bedbugs in my unit and I MOVED. The building is for the most part, well kept. BUT there is no control over WHAT people are bringing in from other places they frequent or whatever the
