The whole building may very well be a death trap, that inspectors are taking their time to look at.
The owners are literally insane, and refuse to fix anything regardless of how dangerous the problem might be. There are bedbugs,cockroaches,fleas, and nothing has been done to curb the problem, Seriously unless you honestly cant find a place anywhere else run...run very fast and far away from this building and it's horrible owners!!! Your health and safety depend on it.

I moved into this building in late 2008, and let me tell you what a horrible mistake this was. When we first moved in it looked relatively clean, and the price seemed to be fair. Within months there were outbreaks of Bedbugs, Sandflies and Cockroaches. In case you don't know what sandflies are, they are about half the size of fruit flies and they bite- yikes! When we told the superintendent he let us that the building would be infested if our statement were true and that he hadn't seen any. Our

I moved into this building in the latter months of 2004 and a week later noticed bugs all over the carpeting and my brand new bed! When I approached the Super of the building I was informed that it wasn't his problem and that I should stop being a baby about a few bugs! So I got in touch with the landlord and informed him about it but nothing got done so out of my own pocket I got my unit sprayed! I lived there until Nov.2007 and in that time I have never seen the landlords spray for any type of
