I lived in this building for two years. It is totally infested with cockroaches, even though it was treated by a professional company every month.
My unit also had a terrible flea infestation when my son and I (pet free) moved in. I am sure if bedbugs aren't there, they are on their way. Most tenants were very low income, or new to Canada, so maybe they do not know about your website.
