hi anonymous? can you actually tell me when this was as i am living in the building now and moving soon because of the landlords lack of care for the property. please tell me this was some time ago?!? as i asked him straight away before moving in if there were ANY bug problems with roaches or bed bugs and he said "OH NO!" i just really do not want to discover anything just before i move. ugh! such a bad landlord

I discovered an infestation while living in apt #5. The landlord did not follow Toronto public health regulations properly, did not hire a professional but opted to spray himself. He did not follow the time guidelines on the chemical instructions and the infestation returned. I was forced to throw out most of my furniture and move out. Be warned!
