I have lived at 16 Laidlaw for 5 years and it is fantastic! Yes, one tenant in November brought in bedbugs from their previous apartment. The property management and condo board dealt with it right away. They treated and paid for the best company to come in and treat all adjoining units. The problem was resolved right away!!!!!

Lived here for just over a year, everything was fine until Dec 2011. My son and I woke up with bites. The unit was treated and all seemed fine, around March there was another bed bug found that was dead and another treatment was done. There has been no evidence of bedbugs since the second treatment in my particular unit.

There has been many issues of bedbugs in this location however management has been more helpful then other places I researched. I opted to throw my expensive mattress and so

I found no bed bugs in these units. They were before some and management got treated well and thanks to the management that they made it bed bug free.

There are people who says they have bed bugs but its not true. Its one of the best place to live in this neighbourhood.

I love to stay in this area and in these units throughout my life.

Many of the unit here are infested with bed bugs. Treatment has not helped and they hide in the walls. Units just get re-rented to unsuspecting tenants like myself. Management tries to be secretive about the problem. I wish the city would start fining these slumlords for putting people through this.
The problem will never be fixed until ALL the cracks are filled and units are all treated at once. Since they can't do that, I don't believe they will ever be gone. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!
