I bought the property in November 2010. It had been empty since July. The previous owner had it sprayed (I have the receipt) in May 2010. For safety, we had it sprayed again in November.

We live downstairs and there is no evidence of bugs on the property.

the upper unit had bedbugs last october, and put down that earthy poweder. my roommates and i never having bedbugs and never having friends with bedbugs didnt realize what a big deal it was. our landlord, did not do anything and hardly believed them. then this past april i was covered in bed bug bites, and it took our landlord about a month to believe us and do anything about it.
