I have been living at this address for 3 years and have never had a problem. The CLV group is always acting fast when there is any issue with my unit. I know the Building has been sprayed on serveral occasions, but to date never had a problem.

Bedbugs first appeared here in June 2010 and have persisted ever since. They have now spread to at least four units in this seven-unit house. Three tenants, including myself, have moved out of the house in recent months. The landlord has inadequately treated this problem. Numerous letters and emails have been sent to the landlord by myself and at least two other tenants asking for proper treatment. The landlord has done a piecemeal job at best - spraying one unit at a time. They have not sprayed
