I have been living in the upper apartment since 10/01/10, and my roommates and I haven't seen any traces of bedbugs.

No verification if the landlord deals or not.

Myself and two other gentlemen rented the upper apartment. All three bedrooms and the living room have bedbugs. The landlord, also seems to deal.
