Third floor apartment was found to have infestation upon moving in. Building management attempted to treat apartment themselves. This was unsuccessful. Building management is reluctant to hire professionals as this is an ongoing problem in the building.

A third floor tenant was found to be hoarding in his room September 2011 and other residents reported evidence of bedbug infestation. The tenant was asked to vacate by the end of the month, and his belongings were moved outside and covered with a tarp to facilitate treatment of the premises.
