This is an educated guess at this time, perhaps someone from TCH can confirm:
Yesterday several mattresses and some furniture were piled near the street outside this rental house, which is operated by TORONTO COMMUNITY HOUSING. I saw a worker get out of a TCH car and go meet several social/case workers and/or public health inspectors standing outside the entrance.
