Renter Beware: Tenants in front 116 Salem Avenue apt. got bedbugs in October 2008 but kept this information secret and refused extermination on at least two occasions, so the bedbugs spread to the upstairs apartment.
House eventually sprayed several times - (8 times in total so far - first for the cockroaches then 3 times for bed bugs) during 2008/09.
Please be aware as - although it looks clean - it is not. 2 kinds of cockroaches (Asian and American), centipedes, spiders and bed bugs:
a horror show of pesticides and terrifying bugs. And then there's the tenants.
116 Salem Ave. will be available for rent in October 2009.
