There have been a few problems with bed bugs in this house/apartment. One room on the main floor was infected August 2010 and another room on the same floor October 2010.
Owners said they dealt with them on the upper floor a couple of years previous as well.
Owner is seemingly concerned about situation and called exterminator immediately, though she's either cheap or ignorant about bed bugs and tenants don't think she's doing a thorough enough job of ridding the house of them.
