In May 2010, the tenants in the first floor apartment found bedbugs and had bites. They told the landlords who got a pest control operator to spray the whole house two days later. After the first spray, the first floor tenants saw three bedbugs (one in the kitchen, and one in each bedroom). Approximately three weeks after the first spray, I found one in the second floor apartment. I notified the landlords immediately but it was another three weeks before the pest control operator came and spraye
