In the summer of 2009 I made sure that the house owner had an exterminator come in and he said that there were no signs of bedbugs. Since then nobody in the house has had any issues and I have asked many of them if they had noticed bites on themselves. Their may have been bedbugs here at one point, but there are definitely none here now.
