Infested apartments when I lived here back on in 2006. My apartment was sprayed and all necessary steps were taken (i.e. vacuuming, cleaning, etc.) but we continued to find bed bugs. We ended up breaking our lease because it was so bad. We also found a coakroach which was the final straw. Other tenants in the building also reported that they had been sprayed for bed bugs. The entire building has problems.
