CON GAME:
There has NEVER been bed bugs at this location. Be warned that this site has been used by a disgruntled worker and tenant scamming the system.
This worker worked on my roof but refused to finish just before winter. Exposed patches leaked rain and snow.. .He also did eavestroughs and home repairs.

He scammed me out of 4 Months rent.
Be Warned:

The owner is extremely unclean and is an extreme hoarder. Is not uncommon to see mice running across the floor and there are definitely bugs. The bugs likely come from the owner's filthy habit of picking up junk, garbage and discarded items off of the street and from other people's garbages.
