Spent a couple of unfortunate nights around April 2011 in this little six apartment complex above a drugstore right on Eglinton ave west. The cockroaches were an absolute nightmare as soon as darkness set in. Real cheap rent, but bargain hunters beware. Probably take a professional exterminator at least a few visits to get this building clean.
