Unit 22 was infested. The tenants in this unit were a constant source of pest problems (mostly cockroaches). When management was made aware of the problem (in September 2011) they had the entire building treated for pests.
Unit 22 was treated for bedbugs. Neighbouring units were also scheduled for treatment, but one unit failed to prepare properly, and so went untreated. That tenant complained about bites a month later, but bedbugs were not confirmed, and the tenant has taken further prec

The source tenants moved out in November 2011, and the unit was cleaned and cleared in preparation for new tenants. No other bedbug complaints have been heard from any other tenants.
