We lived in unit 17 on the fourth floor of this building from April 2014 for roughly 5 months. We immediately began experiencing the existing mice infestation and notified the building management corporation. They came into our apartment and installed useless and horrible sticky traps so I asked them to come back in to fill up a bunch of holes all around the apartment (their feces showed locations of holes). This didn't have much of an effect so I asked them to fill more holes but they did not r
eturn do undertake that maintenance. About 1 month before we moved out we found that, much to our surprise, our box spring and one of two mattresses contained an advanced bedbug infestation. We concluded that, since the bedbugs nested on the mattress against the wall with lots of space under the baseboards, they were coming through the gaps. This seemed odd as it was an exterior wall, so we also came to the conclusion that the mice could be harboring bedbugs and spreading them around. This is unlikely but known to happen. The management corporation undertook their due diligence and sprayed the apartment promptly. However, they refused to fill the holes through which the bugs were clearly traveling. We notified other residents of the building of the presence of bedbugs and the building management corporation accused us of slander. Stay away.

I was living there for sometime when suddenly they were coming through the walls from the neighboring unit above me(you could see the trail from the feces coming out of a hole in the wall near my bedroom). The encounter happened 2010 and as of June 2012 word of mouth is that there still has been no progress in the matter. When I reported the issue I was simply told by the landlord to clean my apartment and he refused to look into the matter any further saying "it was not their problem". Sure en
ough I found out from one of the neighbours that prior to my moving in they did have bedbug problems in other units. In the end I never received aide from the Landlord or even a real response for that matter and so I moved out as a result. Quite a difficult and frustrating matter and I certainly felt quite powerless.
