we had bed bugs 4 months after we moved in, in fall 2008. We called for spraying; they came in and sprayed the whole apartment twice two weeks apart. It is devastating having to clean all your stuff and pack it, then unpack it, and do it all over in two weeks.
The problem reoccurred about a year later. We filed a form at the management for bed bug treatment. There was no reply in a 2 weeks and when we called in to see whether they forgot that our blood is getting sucked here, we were told th
at we, I quote, "are going to have to wait". Wait for what???
We've heard that more than about a half of the tenants have filed for the bedbug treatment. We hope it worked for someone.
I wouldn't suggest anyone to live in this building, do not get tempted by low rental prices; it is not worth it.
