There are bedbugs and cockroaches here.

The bedbugs became apparent shortly after moving into the place. The place is offered as furnished. After realizing there were bedbugs I asked the landlord to replace the mattress, he refused.

During the winter it's difficult to notice the cockroaches. I don't know why there's a difference, but as soon as the weather is nice the place becomes infested. The landlord insists on doing all work himself and claimed he sprayed on several occasions, but I d
