I went to view this property. The landlord said she would not be responsible for any infestation of furniture that we brought into a the apartment. Said (after a lot of pressing) that bed bugs had been present 3 months ago. Asked if she had them exterminated and she said "yes".

She was pretty dismissive of the issue saying "there are bedbugs everywhere in Toronto."
