I live at 261 College and the Landlord LIED to us when we moved in about the fact that the place had just been exterminated. Before we unpacked any of our things we noticed dead bed bugs everywhere. We even saw a live one crawl out of a dictionary someone had left in the closet. We immediately demanded that the place get fumigated again- apparently this was the third time- and we made the landlady purchase us a $600.00 bed bug monitor.
