A tenant thought that there might be bed bugs in their unit. The unit was fumigated immediately even though the exterminator found no evidence of bed bugs. All adjacent tenants were notified per their mailboxes.

Bed Bugs appeared in a unit - the initial unit was fumigated but building management failed to notify the adjacent tenants.
