I had rented a room for the last year at 617 Bathurst st.When I arrived the house was clean.There where no signs of bed bugs.I've read some of the other reviews and I disagree the landlord cares about her property.If we ever had any problems she would be there the next day to fix it.

I lived there from May to September of 2011. There were no bedbugs at the time, but we did have mice and there was mold all over the second floor bathroom. Frankly I'm not surprised that people had problems with bedbugs. The landlady is a horrible, caustic woman who should be avoided.

From fall of 2008 to summer 2009 I lived here - bedbug problem began shortly after I moved in. Even after replacing all mattresses, pillows, etc the infestation persisted. Roommate on same floor (2nd) was also affected, and our landlady was a scumbag who would have made us pay for treatment. Avoid this house.

Shared house with roommates. From September to January had no problem with bed bugs. Started getting bitten at the beginning of January along with my roommate on the same floor.
