There was a bedbug crawling on the pillow and when the exterminator came in, he found a few on the headboard and a dead one under the box spring. My room was changed without any issues and my lugguage was steamed as a precaution.

I saw 1 bug on the window treatment. Ran out of the hotel as fast as I could. They did refund without problems.
