I lived here. A room was subletted to a German exchange student for the summer. He left with little notice, upon subletting the room to a second person it became clear he brought the bugs into the house. The exterminator came, the house was deemed clear. But after a month the infestation was worse than ever. DONT MOVE IN HERE. As it is a row house, I imagine that it will be very difficult to fully eradicate the problem.
