Lived here for a year and (knock on wood!) No bugs! I saw a centipede once last spring, but it was very humid that day and apparently that attracts them; so I got an air conditioning unit and never saw another critter again! Seems like the building mgmt also take the issue very seriously as well; in the mailroom there are plenty of postings on how to avoid bedbugs. Happy in my little bachelor. Very cozy :) No bug complaints.

No bugs of any kind in my building and I've been here for 3 years. They post informative bulletins on the community board and seem to take bedbugs very seriously.

My partner and I have lived at 21 Lascelles for over 3 years and have never seen anything. NO roaches, bed bugs, mice or anything. I wouldn't worry too much if considering living here.

I'm not connected with this website or any other website. I'm just a bedbug suffer. The website I mentioned is referenced in the "About" page at this site, so I was just trying to make people aware. I'm sorry if that didn't come across. FYI -I won't post here again.

I'm not 100% sure but after killing it I quickly googled images of bed bugs and noticed similarities (flat body and same look as a few pictures I found). After looking at photos of baby cockroaches I'm certain it was not one of them.

I haven't informed management about it yet but perhaps I should. I'm wondering if they would deny having any cases of previous outbreaks or if they are legally required to inform tenants (I don't exactly know my rights when it comes to dealing with this sort of t

Just moved into an apartment here a couple days ago, prior to moving to Toronto I heard/read about bed bug issues around. I was worried but did not think much of it because I've never had to deal with bed bugs. Just as I was getting ready to go to bed I went to grab a book from a box on a dresser and I saw one crawling on the lid of the box. Killed it immediately but now I cannot sleep.. I assume that where there is one, there are more? Any specific spots I should be looking to find more? Should
