There's nothing wrong with this building.

It's a bit old and I'm sure there could be problems if you're a dirty person leaving next to the main floor or garbage room.

But I am very clean and I've never had a problem with bugs here.

Management posts notices about upcoming construction or fire drills in advance and generally it's a great place to live.

I lived here from October 2007-October 2009 on the 4th floor. In the summer of 2009, my roomate and I noticed some bites on our arm. Then, one night she captured a bug as it was biting her. We cleaned our entire apartment top to bottom, went over each mattress, scrubbed everything, washed all our clothes in high heat and dried them repeately on high heat - and did all this multiple times. We let the landlord know and they sprayed once. Which did nothing. When I moved out, we still had them
