My daughter was in a 3-room unit at this address, supposedly a building reserved for students of nearly colleges and universities.

She ended up with bed bugs within a month of moving in.

I bought her a vacuum, an encasement for her bed, washed everything with alcohol, bought plastic sealed bags for her clothing.

The building treated her room (and not the two on either side) twice, 2 months apart.
