I lived on the second floor of 53 Mutual Street in 2009/2010 and the unit was HEAVILY infested. It was fumigated multiple times but they kept coming back, probably from the poorly maintained connecting buildings.

I have lived at 53 Mutual St for a year and I can tell you that all units were certainly not heavily infested or infested at all last year. I don't know why someone would write that.

Lived in the top floor unit in 2010. All units were heavily infested.

My son is viewing an apartment at 53 1/2 Mutual. It has three units. Is this the same property?

i am moving into this apt, and renovating it...killed bed bugs, orkin guy sprayed...thanks for the report though!

From January 2008, confirmed travel from 51 Mutual St. to apartment 3, on third floor of three-apartment house. Bites every night in bedroom and loft.

Absentee landlord loathe to fix problem, and thus hasn't. We're moving, and losing most of our belongings.

HE IS SHOWING THIS APARTMENT TO UNSUSPECTING FUTURE TENANTS.
