Today, a different company came to exterminate bedbugs in another unit of this building. I guess it wasn't just me, as my landlord told me last month.
I fear that their "shame, blame and isolate" approach to this problem will not be as effective as communication and cooperation among tenants might be. Any suggestions?

found live bugs in my bed during the wee hours on 16 August. Totally creepy, not so sleepy.
Scheduled extermination for 18 August, after some back-and-forth with my landlord/super regarding our responsibilities in this event.
They say the other units are not infested, though they have not yet exercised their right to conduct inspections of any of the other rental units.
