I used to be a tentant and EVERY ROOM in the building has them. the property manager will only spray if you put in a request for your room. which means when the bugs are gone from one room they will migrate to another room and then they will spray that room and the bugs will migrate back and forth from one one to the next. I know people who still live there and refuse to go visit them and refuse to have them visit me for fear of getting bed bugs.

This building is a rent geared to income.
