To whom it may concern:

I have been on the Board of Directors since this building was incorporated in 2001. I have been President of the Corporation for seven of those years and have worked hand-in-glove with the Property Manager (Kristine McMenamon)almost daily throughout those years.

I can say that neither the Board of Directors nor the Property Manager has ever received a single complaint about bedbugs in our building. We have absolutely no idea who would make the outrageous statement

We unknowingly excepted furniture from one of the short stay suites in phase II by the building management in good faith. Our unit on the second floor by the gym/sauna was soon to be infested.

With the help of matress dust mite covers and professional chemicals were able to some what control the problem. Phase II is infested!!
