I lived at this apartment after this tenant and there were no traces of bed bugs. If there was a problem the Landlord fixed it.

I lived at this building for a while during 2008. There was a bed bug problem initially with tenants who lived in the third floor unit. After moving out they notified me of their unit having bed bugs. After a few weeks I noticed bed bugs in my second floor unit. The property owners were quick to try and resolve the issue with no luck. The begs didn't even leave temporarily. I had to move out because of the bugs.
